More buildings.
Clearer cleaning oversight.

Manage a commercial property or a portfolio? AMR builds cleaning programs around each facility’s scope, staffing, schedule, and quality expectations—with documented inspections and follow-through when something needs attention.

Discuss Your Properties

Talk with AMR: (301) 945-7006.

One approach. Different building needs.

Standardize the oversight.
Not every cleaning task.

Each building has different needs. Define the work at each location, then agree how inspections, communication, and follow-through will work across your properties.

The same standards at every building

Documented expectations  ·  Trained staff  ·  Supervisor inspections  ·  Corrective action  ·  Customer communication

Your walkthrough defines the scope, service schedule, and priorities for each building.

Accountability in practice

Clear standards. Documented follow-through.

Cleaning quality should be something your team can discuss and review—not something you have to take on trust.

01Inspect the work

Supervisors perform scheduled and unannounced inspections using standardized checklists.

02Address missed work

Missed work is documented and corrected promptly, with additional team coaching when needed. The appropriate supervisor takes responsibility for the concern.

03Keep the conversation open

AMR documents service and corrective actions, provides customer reporting when requested, and follows up after an issue is resolved.

From walkthrough to ongoing service

The first shift is
not the starting point.

Preparation comes first. AMR prepares the scope and team before service begins, then checks quality and adjusts the program as your needs change.

  1. Walkthrough

    Understand the building

Start onsite with expectations, high-priority areas, and the cleaning scope. For multiple locations, bring the requirements of each building.

  2. Planning

    Set the operating plan

AMR plans staffing, schedules, equipment, supplies, quality standards, and communication protocols.

  3. Before the first shift

    Prepare the assigned team

Staff receive training on cleaning standards, safety, equipment, and customer expectations, including site-specific preparation.

  4. First 30 days

    Inspect, listen, adjust

Supervisors increase inspection frequency and maintain regular customer communication to make adjustments quickly.

  5. Ongoing oversight

    Keep the standard visible

Scheduled and unannounced inspections, documented corrections, and review of trends help keep service accountable.

Property-management questions

Before the walkthrough.

Can we discuss a portfolio across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia?

Yes. AMR serves the region. Share your property locations, facility types, schedules, and priorities so the team can assess the scope and needs of each building.

Do all buildings need the same cleaning scope?

No. A proposal should reflect the spaces, usage, service windows, and priorities of each facility. Use the walkthrough to clarify routine tasks, periodic work, access, and any areas excluded from service.

How are staffing disruptions handled?

AMR maintains contingency staffing and cross-trained personnel. Supervisors coordinate replacement coverage through the staffing network, with management support when necessary to minimize interruptions.

How will our team review service quality?

AMR uses electronic quality inspections, documented corrective actions, service documentation, and issue tracking. Customer reporting is available when requested; discuss the reporting needs of your properties during planning.

Are employees screened and trained?

Candidates go through interviews, background checks, drug screening, and reference verification when appropriate. Employees receive training on AMR standards, safety, equipment, and customer expectations, with facility-specific training as needed.

What should we provide for a proposal?

Start with property addresses, facility types and approximate sizes, current cleaning scopes, service windows, access requirements, and your most important concerns. The walkthrough helps validate the requirements before a proposal.
